How to Register

Registration for the conference is through the registration page on the KES Membership Portal

You must be signed in to the KES Portal to register for the conference.

If you are not already a KES member please sign up for free KES Bronze membership which will qualify you for the early reduced registration rates.

If you are a KES silver member you can find out how to get your login details ..here.. You can also check whether you are already registered as a KES member.

Please ensure that in addition to signing up for the KES Portal you also go on to register for the conference!

Registration Fees

We ask all authors to register for the conference by the early registration deadline of

Full Registration

• 320 Euro for KES Silver Members & IKT Members
• 360 Euro for KES Bronze Members & IKT/KES Non-Members

Includes:-

• Attendance at the conference
• AM/PM coffee or tea
• Two days lunches
• Conference delegate pack (including programme and electronic proceedings)
• Publication in the conference proceedings
• Attendance at the conference welcome reception
• One ticket for the conference dinner
• Silver Membership of KES International for one year from the date of the event

Student Registration

• 200 Euro for KES Silver Members & IKT Members.
• 260 Euro for KES Bronze Members & KES/IKT Non-Members.

Includes:-

• Attendance at the conference

• Two days lunches
• Conference delegate pack (including programme and electronic proceedings)
• Publication in the conference proceedings
• Attendance at the conference welcome reception
• Silver Membership of KES International for one year from the date of the event

Notes:-

• Student Registration is available to those providing a letter on headed note-paper from their University signed by their Head of Department/School confirming that they are a student on a programme of research. Send a scanned copy of this letter to
• Conference dinner ticket not included but may be purchased separately.
• To arrange payment of the discounted fee, IKT Members must contact before registering

Accompanying Person Registration

• 75 Euro

Notes:-

• An Accompanying Person is a person who attends as a wife/husband/partner of a Full or Student delegate.
• An Accompanying Person cannot be the author or a co-author of a paper.
• Accompanying Person registration provides morning and afternoon teas/coffees, and lunch each day.
• It does not permit entry to any conference sessions or talks, or a published paper, or a set of proceedings. No part can be taken in the conference.
• A conference dinner ticket is not included for accompanying persons - purchase separately.

Additional Charges

• Conference dinner ticket: 65 Euro
• Additional published paper (one included in Full/Student Registration: 75 Euro

KES Silver membership

You are a KES Silver member, and qualify for the reduced rate, if you registered for and attended any KES event in the past year.
